Ms. An Chu, International Student Recruiter from Skagit Valley College Washington USA visited our office in Kuala Lumpur, in August 2018. The meeting was for mutual understanding between Universal Study Advisory(parent company of Universal Homeschool Center) and Skagit Valley College.
