Clark Global Scholars Program
Offers by Clark University. Clark University is a private research university in Worcester, Massachusetts. Founded in 1887. The scholarship is open to first-year applicants (not a transfer student) who has attended school overseas for at least four years. The program awards a scholarship of $15,000 to $25,000 per year (for four years, contingent upon meeting academic standards for renewal).

NEED- BLIND SCHOLARSHIP
An institution has an official policy of not considering applicants’ financial resources when deciding whether to offer a student a place in their university or college.
Will need-blind admission mean your tuition fees are fully paid? In short, no. You’ll be expected to make some financial contribution, which is usually calculated based on an assessment of your parents’ income and other resources.
Currently, only five US universities offer need-blind admission and full-need financial aid to all students, including international applicants.

East Tennessee State University Merit Scholarship
East Tennessee State University (ETSU) offers the International Students Academic Merit Scholarship for new international students seeking a graduate or undergraduate degree.
The scholarship covers 50 percent of the total in and out-of-state tuition and maintenance fees only. This International student scholarship does not cover any other cost. Also, the scholarship award can only be used for study at ETSU.

Stamp Scholarships at University of Miami in USA.
The award includes tuition and fees, on-campus housing, a meal plan, University health insurance, textbooks, a laptop allowance, and access to a $12,000 enrichment fund, which may be used toward study abroad, undergraduate research, unpaid internships, and other educational pursuits. (Enrichment fund expenses are subject to prior approval by the Office of the Provost.)

Oregon University Scholarships for International Students
Each year, the University of Oregon awards more than one million dollars in financial aid and scholarships to international students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
One of their scholarship programs is the ICSP Scholarship which awards 30–40 competitive scholarships to international students each year. Selected ICSP students receive a tuition-waiver scholarship ranging from $7,500 – $30,000.
